Doris Kovic

Doris Kovic, is a leading management consultant and is the founder of Leading Insight. Doris has over 20 years of experience in strategic organizational development and international sales leadership.

Doris has been instrumental in helping companies build exceptional leadership, teamwork and effective business processes. Her clients benefit from energized employees that produce greater results.  

Prior to founding Leading Insight, Doris worked in sales and sales leadership roles, based in Europe and the US, in hardware, software and service companies.  She has extensive experience of building direct and indirect sales channels as well as sustainable business alliances and technology partnerships.  Doris has worked successfully in large corporations and start-ups and by combining her business knowledge and coaching skills she  supports her clients in gaining the insight and competencies they need to be more effective.  

Doris, born in England and of Central European descent, has worked and lived across the globe, but has now made her home in California.   She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Mathematics from Keele University in England.  

She is a graduate of Corporate Coach University   and  a member of the ICF-International Coach Federation and the American Society for Training and Development.
