Doris Kovic an Executive and Business coach is the founder of Leading Insight. With over 25 years of experience in organizational development and international sales leadership, Doris helps companies build exceptional leadership, teamwork and effective business practices. Her clients benefit from energized and aligned employees that produce greater results.

She has served as a coach and consultant to many different types of businesses, including multinational corporations, small and medium business and entrepreneurs. By combining her business knowledge and coaching skills she supports her clients in gaining the insight and competencies they need to be more effective.
Prior to founding Leading Insight, Doris worked in leadership and business development roles, based in Europe and the US. She has extensive experience in building sales organizations and sales force optimisation. Doris has managed worldwide direct sales functions, led successful enterprise sales campaigns, and developed indirect sales channels as well as sustainable business partnerships. As a sales leader she initiated and led a global change effort that resulted in $3B of incremental revenue.
Doris, born in England and of Central European descent, has worked and lived across the globe, but has now made her home in California. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Mathematics from Keele University in England.
