Training does not work well in a vacuum.  To be effective training needs to be aligned with your business processes and culture.  Our approach is to first assess the needs of the group through interviews with key stakeholders.  From these conversations we will define the objectives of training and identify existing systems and procedures that need to be integrated.  Then we select the material that best matches your needs and partner with you to create custom content and training exercises that address the challenges participants face in their work. 

The workshops are generally discussion and activity based.  We keep the keep the energy up, by using sound instructional design and excellent facilitation.  This is NOT “Death by PowerPoint”.  

Our goal is to give participants skills, tips, and tools they can apply immediately in their work.  We create workshops that are relevant to the needs of the participants and ensure leanings will be implemented into the workplace.

Our workshops are generally taught by Doris Kovic, but if necessary additional instructors can be brought in as well.
