finding and interviewing one or more potential coaches. Your local chapter of the International
Coaching Federation should be able to help you with a list of coaches in your
area who have experience in working in your industry.

individuals in making the right choice.
Coaching sessions are structured to maximize the value
of the time and the learning of the client. Coaching is usually
done on the telephone, with the occasional personal meeting. The
length and frequency of meetings will vary according to the issues being
addressed. A customized coaching
program is usually developed in partnership with the client at the first session.
Some clients see satisfying results from 2-3 sessions.
Coaches usually bill on a monthly basis, and fees for
individual coaching range from $350 to
$3000/month depending on the nature of the work and the experience of the coach.
Currently there are virtually no requirements by any state or country that
require a coach to be licensed or approved.
