The Coaching Process

Each coaching program is custom designed to meet the needs of the client.  It likely will include the following elements.

  • Contracting:  To establish goals and agree expectations and methodology.

  • Assessments: Determine business issues and conduct skills assessment.

  • Define Goals: Define vision, goals and strategy. 

  • Coaching: Coaching sessions, by telephone or in person, to gain insight and commit to action.

  • Feedback and Review: Recap learning, solicit feedback and agree next steps.
